About this work
This piece is a quest to create more visually pleasing compositions by linking humans and animals with print media. The weaver bird does what it knows best, which is weaving, but in this context, they weave the hair of a woman making her look like a tall palm tree towering in the woods. The birds even go the extra mile of weaving the hair to popular styles. The magazine logo "vogue’’ passes both a satirical and metaphoric message, suggesting the lady as a model that must be reckoned with. In a nutshell, this is a cover page composition.
